In the ongoing battle over abortion, courts set important precedents. One would-be father is fighting for the rights of his lost child. He took his case to the Alabama courts, demanding his right to sue the clinic that aborted his child. In the first ever ruling of its kind, the court made a momentous decision. It will send shockwaves through the country.

Pro-choice advocates claim that an unborn child is not a person. That is how they’ve gotten away with supporting this evil practice for so many decades. They claim having an abortion is a woman’s right. “My body, my choice,” is their common mantra.

Really? Why doesn’t anybody ask about the choice of the child? Because they claim a fetus is not a child until birth. While still in his mother’s womb, a child has no rights under the Constitution. That is how they’ve gotten away with defending a practice that rips a child from the womb.

Today, liberals are trying to erode even that claim. Recently, Virginia lawmakers tried to pass a law that would allow doctors to kill a child right up to—and even after—birth. Why are Democrats so determined to wipe out future generations?

Millions of Americans have been aborted since Roe v. Wade. These were people who had just as many rights as you and I. Life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness was as much theirs as anyone else’s. Yet Democrats think differently. And what’s worse, they want to expand their ability to kill indiscriminately.

But it looks like things are changing. Since Donald Trump became president, pro-life Americans have had a powerful advocate against the evil practice of abortion. It seems like the tide is turning, finally.

In Alabama, a young man is fighting for his—and his lost child’s—day in court. When he learned his girlfriend was with child, he was excited. He was looking forward to raising his son or daughter. His girlfriend was not. She wanted an abortion. This man, Ryan Magers, pleaded with her to keep the baby.

The woman cruelly ignored his wishes and went to Alabama Women’s Center, where she aborted the baby via a pill.

Magers has decided to fight this injustice in court. But in order to have a case, the court needed to acknowledge that his child had an estate. In a landmark ruling, the Alabama court decided an abort child is a person with rights.

The Madison County probate court ruled that a father of a baby that was aborted by the father’s girlfriend has the right to sue the woman’s center that performed the procedure as well the employees of the center and the pharmaceutical company that made the medication used in the abortion…

On February 10, 2017, against his wishes, the girlfriend of Ryan Magers aborted the baby they had conceived. In early February 2019, Magers filed suit; the suit states that the baby (Baby Roe) was aborted at six weeks in 2017, despite the fact that Magers repeatedly begged his girlfriend to let the baby live. The girlfriend went to the Alabama Women’s Center, where she was given a pill that would abort the baby.

Magers said, “I just tried to plead with her and plead with her and just talk to her about it and see what I could do, but in the end, there was nothing I could do to change her mind.” [Source: The Daily Wire]

Liberals defend abortion by saying it’s the woman’s right. What about the man’s right? She didn’t conceive that child on her own. The father should have a say whether the child lives or dies.

For decades the left has insulted men by denying them this basic right. They don’t think men have the same rights under the law. What’s worse, they deny the child any rights.

This ruling means that—at least a portion of—our government acknowledges that an aborted child is a person. This gives pro-life advocates a chance to go after those who deprived aborted children of their rights.

Magers will be able to sue those who took his child from him. This case could send shockwaves through the entire country.

We might be seeing a dramatic change in abortion laws, very soon.
