Hillary Clinton skirted out of serious consequences when the FBI dropped their investigation into her illegal email server. Americans were shocked to find this would-be president would face no punishment, despite her wrongful activities. But it looks like, after all these years, Clinton will finally be forced to own up to her actions. A federal judge is making sure.
Many Americans have demanded justice over former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s behavior. We all remember what she did during the Benghazi siege. Because of her direct actions, American lives were lost overseas. She never faced retribution.
Still more Americans want answers over Hillary Clinton’s illegal email server. She flagrantly broke the law when she set up a private email server to handle State Department communications. She sent classified documents over this unsecured server—which we learned had been infiltrated by numerous foreign actors. Then-FBI Director James Comey declared to the entire country that Clinton acted irresponsibly and broke the law.
But—to the outrage of millions—he would not press charges. I guess when you’re a Democrat, you can get away with anything, huh?
Maybe the story is not entirely over. A watchdog group has been fighting for years to get answers over Clinton’s server. They have gone to court to request information regarding it. And it looks like they caught the big dog herself.
A federal judge Monday granted a request from conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch to have former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton sit for a sworn deposition to answer questions about her use of a private email server to conduct government business…
D.C. District Court Judge Royce C. Lamberth said in his ruling that her past responses left much to be desired.
“As extensive as the existing record is, it does not sufficiently explain Secretary Clinton’s state of mind when she decided it would be an acceptable practice to set up and use a private server to conduct State Department business,” Lamberth said.
The judge went on to recognize that while Clinton responded to written questions in a separate case, “those responses were either incomplete, unhelpful, or cursory at best. Simply put her responses left many more questions than answers.” Lamberth said. [Source: Fox News]
After all these years, Hillary Clinton will have to answer questions, in person, about her illegal private email server. You know this was the last thing she wanted to do—especially as the election heats up.
(Some say she might jump in at the last second and run… or at least meddle to some extent.)
The judge ruled that past “answers” she provided were not sufficient. In fact, she raised more questions than answers. I think we all know why she’s been so evasive.
Many believe she set up the server in the first place to facility a “pay-for-play” deal through the State Department. There’s evidence to suggest Clinton was selling access to herself and the agency to foreign donors and the rich elite. They would give money to her “Foundation” and suddenly, they got deals from the State Department.
All that needed to be setup somehow. And she couldn’t arrange such acts of bribery through official channels. A secret email server would hide those messages from the administration.
In fact, when the FBI got wind of the server and demanded Hillary to hand it over, she deleted 33,000 messages. Her staff proceeded to destroy their phones with hammers.
Oh, nothing suspicious about that!
It’s shocking that none of this has ever been properly investigated. Only now, after so much time has passed, is one group trying to get to the bottom of it.
But will Clinton talk? Or will she find another excuse to avoid copping to the truth?
I guess we’ll find out.
