White House Dr. Sean P. Conley announced that Monday marked two consecutive days of President Trump testing negative for the Chinese virus for the first time since being diagnosed with it nearly two weeks ago.

A memo from Conley, posted by White House press secretary Kayleigh McEnany, reported that Trump “has tested NEGATIVE, on consecutive days, using the Abbott BinaxNOW antigen card.”

“It is important to note that this test was not used in isolation for the determination of the president’s current negative status,” Conley added. “Repeatedly negative antigen tests, taken in context with additional clinical and laboratory data, including viral load,” and other findings, “all indicate a lack of detectable viral replication,” the doctor said.

The findings revealed that Trump “is not infectious to others,” the memo read.

This excellent news came as President Trump traveled to Florida for his first rally since contracting the virus.

Earlier on Monday, McEnany defended the president’s decision to hold the rally.

“The campaign has always handed out masks, encouraged people to wear them, provided hand sanitizer,” she said in an interview with Fox News on Monday. “Ultimately, you have a right in this country to show up and express your political viewpoint. That’s why we have peaceful protests. And you can’t have one standard for the protesters out there on one side but not for those wanting to express their First Amendment rights in support of this president.”

While in Sanford, Florida on Monday, the president praised the medical care he received – promising the crowd that he would make this type of treatment available to all Americans.

“We’ve made tremendous progress, if you look at what we’re doing with therapeutics … And I said to my people, we are going to take whatever the hell they gave me and we’re going to distribute it around to hospitals and everyone’s going to have the same damn thing,” he said.

Trump also said that Biden and the rest of the Democrats’ radical agenda would force Americans back into lockdowns that would lead to prolonged economic suffering.

“We want to get back to normal life,” he said.

“Biden would terminate our recovery, delay the vaccine, prolong the pandemic, and annihilate Florida’s economy with a draconian, unscientific lockdown — that’s what he wants to do, lock it down,” he said.

Trump’s Florida rally comes as a new poll reveals President Trump ahead of Joe Biden in the sunshine state by 3 points.

InsiderAdvantage asked likely voters in the battleground state, “If the election were held today, who would you vote for?”

Forty-six percent of respondents said they would vote for Trump, while 43% said they would cast a ballot for Biden. Ten percent of respondents were undecided, and 1% said they would vote for libertarian Jo Jorgensen.

Pollster and founder of InsiderAdvantage, Matt Towery Sr., predicted Trump would win Florida in 2016, just days ahead of the election, pointing to polls not accurately depicting support for the president. He also predicted Barack Obama’s 2008 win.

“Once again, based on poor data and or weighting, many of the polls we are seeing simply are not picking up the actual level of support for President Trump,” said Towery. “What stands out in this poll is that Trump is actually picking up 12% of the African American vote in the Sunshine State.”
